Payment


After payment, please email us skl.hardware@gmail.com the following details to speed up delivery:

1. Recipient contact Name, Contact Number, Address

2. Product Name

3. Payment date

4. Attach the bank in slip

Prefer Bank: Maybank


Self Collection or COD is only available at our Damansara Utama Outlet. Kindly give us a call if you want to arrange your own collection at our retail.


Order Status and Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order (allow longer if you place your order on a Friday or weekend), please email skl.hardware@gmail.com and we will try to respond to your request right away.

Delivery

Courier Service

• 2-4 Working Days
• Estimated delivery period within peninsular normally takes (1-2 business day by Citylink) for parcel to be arrived ; Sabah Sarawak will takes (2-3 days Citylink)
• Delivery on Monday to Saturday (depends on State)
• All products will only be delivered within Malaysia only.
• Shipping and Handling Charges depends on item(s) Weight Size
• Seller is not held responsible for mistakes made by buyers/Bidder if they provide wrong or incomplete mailing address, contact information and etc
• Payment must done up front before delivery
• Postlaju and Normal pos service also available upon request
• TWO PROCCESSING DAYS NEED IF PAYMENT DONE BY CHEQUE OR INTERBANK TRANSFER eg. GIRO, Hong Leong, Public Bank etc..
• Goods will be send ONLY when payment has been cleared
• We usually ship within 24 hours (excluded public holiday) after full payment received. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. We try not to ship product over a weekend, so if your order is received and cannot be delivered by Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. Shipments may also be delayed due to lack of stock.
